White Glove Service
How every engagement is delivered: on-site when it matters, unhurried, with one team that knows the household. White Glove Service is not a tier you buy. It is the standard behind every service on this site, from a single laptop to the network that links your homes, yacht and aircraft.
On-site when it matters
Installations, changes to the estate and anything the family should not have to do alone are done in person, at your properties.
Unhurried
Appointments are sized to the work, not to a call queue. We leave when everything is configured, tested and explained.
One team that knows the household
The same named engineers every time, who know the properties, the devices, the staff and the preferences.
Prepared before we arrive
Equipment is staged and configured before the visit, so time in your home is spent finishing, not unboxing.
Scheduled reviews
Standing reviews of the household estate, quarterly and on-site where the program calls for it: what is changing, what is coming up and what should be retired.
Documented and handed over
Every property, device and vendor is documented so nothing depends on one person remembering.
How an engagement runs
Discovery and onboarding assessment
We start with a review of the household as it stands: people, properties, devices, accounts, vendors and journeys, and what the family expects of each. Every program begins here, as a full assessment, an estate-wide assessment or a full family threat model.
Plan
A written plan in plain language, sequenced so the household is never without the things it relies on, with the security architecture your institutions would recognize.
Staging
Devices and equipment are configured, tested and labeled before they reach your door, with your preferences already in place.
On-site delivery
Installation and handover at your properties by the engineers who planned the work, at a pace set by the household.
Handover and training
Family members, assistants and staff are shown how everything works, and it is documented for the day someone new joins the household.
Standing reviews
Scheduled reviews keep the estate current: patching, retirements, new properties, new devices and new journeys, raised before you need to ask. On the Private and Sovereign programs the rhythm includes quarterly on-site visits.
The standard behind every service
Discretion is an operating principle rather than a feature: need-to-know access to your information, no case studies and no names. Every engineer who works in your home is a Praetorian Works engineer who knows the household, not a subcontractor sent from a queue.
The work is proactive rather than reactive. Threat hunting, vulnerability management and scheduled reviews close gaps before they are exploited, and your advisor raises what is coming before it becomes a request.
See the standard for yourself
